Prof., Gefeson Mendes Pacheco, Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, Brazil IEEE MemberAreas of Expertise: Photonics; Material applications; Photonic circuits; Optical sensors, and Microwaves. Brief Indtorduction: He is a full professor at the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, ITA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1985), a Master's degree in Electronics and Computing Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (1989), and a Ph.D. in Space Science from the National Institute for Space Research (1994). He is developing international cooperation with the European Space Center, ISAE, in Toulouse, France, and with universities in India, carrying out joint orientations and publications. He has experience in the microwave, photonics, lasers, optoelectronic devices, and innovation. He developed several systems of interest in the areas of aeronautics and space as microwave signal spectrum analyzers for space research, laser ultrasound systems for non-destructive testing of materials for aeronautical use such as aluminum and composite materials, photonic generation systems of microwave signals and photonic receivers, to distributed receiving stations. He worked actively in the professional master's joint program at ITA and the Brazilian Aviation Company, EMBRAER, as a dissertation advisor. He is working in developing technology for optical fiber sensors, optical microwave signal generation, unmanned aerial vehicles in telemetry & guidance, and photovoltaic generation as a complementary energy source for aircraft with electric motors. He created and reactivated microwave, photonics, and computational electromagnetism laboratories. He is a consultant for federal and state agencies in programs aimed at technological development. He has administrative experience as a research projects manager, coordinator of an undergraduate course in Electrical Engineering, and head of the Microwave and Opto-Electronics Department of the Electronic Engineering Division at ITA. Published more than 60 papers in peer-reviewed magazines and congress proceedings, held three patents, advised more than 20 master's and doctoral works, and is a reviewer for different international magazines. He is a IEEE member. |
| Prof., Muazzam Khattak, Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan IEEE Senior Member Areas of Expertise: Artificial Intelligence based solutions to address different research problems in Internet of Things; IoVs; IIoTs; Smart Cities; Information security Brief Introduction: Prof. Muazzam A. Khan Khattak (Senior Member, IEEE) listed among top 2% scientists of the world. Currently he is serving as Director Science & Technology/ Director ICESCO Chair Big Data Analytics & EC, Quaid i Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D degree from IIUI and the postdoctoral degree from the University of Missouri (UMKC), USA, in 2011 and 2016 respectively. In 2013, he joined the NUST University, Islamabad Pakistan, as AP/Postgrad Head and was promoted to the Associate Dean Computing SEECS, in 2017. He has been with the School of Computer Science, University of Ulm, Germany, and the UMKC, as a Research Fellow. He has published more than 210 publications and book chapters with total citations of 5040 and 41 h-index. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence based solutions to address different research problems in Internet of Things, IoVs, IIoTs, Smart Cities, Information security, He is as also serving as adjunct faculty member at University of Missouri, USA, USAK University, Turkiye and Margullan University, Kazakhstan since 2016, 2023 respectively. He has been awarded with the best performance award by the Minister of education in 2023 at QAU and Performance best increment at NUST from 2015 to 2019. He is also a member of the International advisory board, USAK University, Turliye and senior member of Pakistan Academy of Sciences. |
Prof. Zhaoyang Zhang, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China Areas of Expertise: Reconfigurable photonic lattices based on atomic coherenceBrief Introduction: Zhaoyang Zhang is a Professor in the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. He has been engaged in the research of quantum optics, nonlinear optics, and optical properties of photonic lattices in multi-level atomic systems. Recently, he mainly works on the coherent control of dynamics of light in electromagnetically induced photonic lattices in atomic vapors. He got Excellent Young Scientists Fund. Research interests: quantum optics, nonlinear optics, and optical properties of photonic lattices in multi-level atomic systems. |
Prof., Huanjie Tao, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China Areas of Expertise: 1) Large model (language large model, vision large model, multimodal large model, etc.); 2) Image processing (image classification, image segmentation, image reconstruction, etc.); 3) Data set calculation (data collection, data set feature representation, data set distillation, etc.) Brief Introduction: Tao Huanjie, male, Ph.D., graduated from Southeast University. He is currently an associate professor in the School of Computer Science of Northwestern Polytechnical University [1], a master's supervisor, a member of China Computer Society, a member of China Image and Graphics Society, an expert in degree and graduate education evaluation of the Ministry of Education, and a judge of CSCIED Science and Technology Core Evaluation database [1]. He taught the undergraduate course "Neural Network Models and Algorithms" and the graduate course "Mathematical Theory in Deep Learning". He presided over and participated in 10 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, national key research and development projects and various provincial and ministerial projects, and published 36 papers in TPAMI, TIP, CVPR, AAAI and other journal conferences as the first author or corresponding author, of which 32 papers were included in SCI, and 15 papers were published in the 1st District of Chinese Academy of Sciences /CCF-A. A total of 15 Chinese invention patents have been applied for and 14 have been authorized. He was a doctoral student in Nanyang Technological University, and served as editorial board member of two international journals [1], and reviewer of international journals such as Journal of Computer Science, TCSVT, and PR. |
Prof., Jun Pan, Zhejiang University of Technology, China Areas of Expertise: 1) Precise synthesis and surface regulation of semiconductor nanocrystals; 2) Quantum dot luminescent materials and Their Applications in light-emitting diodes; 3)Perovskite solar cells and X-ray detection; 4) Perovskite/frame structure composites Brief Introduction: Pan Jun, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctorate and is a professor. He graduated from Anhui Polytechnic University in 2004 and obtained a bachelor's degree. Obtained a master's degree in 2007; Graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2010 with a doctoral degree; Later, He conducted postdoctoral Research at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. In 2014, he worked at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology as a Research Scientist. He joined the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology in 2019 and am currently the deputy director of the Advanced Materials Research Center. Mainly engaged in the precise synthesis, surface regulation and optoelectronic device research of semiconductor nanomaterials, he has published over 50 SCI papers, among which 11 are ESI highly cited papers. He has been granted 4 international patents and has been successively selected for relevant talent programs in Zhejiang Province and the country. |
